Pre-Order Information

YBYR® pre-orders open on October 31, 2026, and close on November 14, 2026.

Orders placed during this period will be prepared and branded after the pre-order window closes.

Estimated dispatch begins at the end of November 2026. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed shipping date. Customers will be notified if there are significant delays.

Shipping transit times begin once orders have been dispatched.

International

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where tracking is available.

Customs & Import Charges

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes and local handling fees may apply. Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping rates.
